La chiave a stella (The Wrench) is a read-aloud workshop for students, built around Primo Levi’s book. The text becomes material for work on the voice and on the relationship with the listener: breathing, rhythm, pauses, intention, articulation and presence are the tools for learning to convey a page beyond simply reading it. Through individual and group exercises, participants build a choral reading, learning to share out the voices, recognise the turns of the text, keep a common rhythm and turn the page into a true shared stage action. The themes of work, skill, responsibility and dignity run through the workshop as living elements of the text, turning literature into an experience of listening, interpretation and relationship.
